Nia is fun, low-impact exercise that's high impact Joy! Nia integrates music, movement, mindfulness, and breath to get every part of your body moving - naturally, at your own pace and in your own body’s way. More than just a dance workout, Nia connects body mind emotions and spirit.

Every Nia class is suitable for beginners, even if you haven't moved for a while or have 2 left feet! All classes include uplifting music, guided grounded movement, and the opportunity for joyful self-expression and connection.
In Nia there's no judgement or pressure to keep up or do it like anybody else! In our community you'll see people of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels moving in their own unique way.
