5Stages is a floor-based practice that blends body awareness, healing movement and somatic education. No experience is needed. Your body knows how to do this!
You'll be guided to tune into your body and move at your own pace through the 5 stages of embryonic, creeping, crawling, standing and walking.
This mindful practice has the power to re-pattern, realign, strengthen, and increase energy flow throughout the body, while restoring and calming the nervous system. A body-brain reset to feel better now.
To the in person class, please bring knee pads if you have some. I have spares available if you don’t have your own.
Offstreet parking is usually available right outside RiverCity Ballroom, or park on the street or at West Village 200 metres up the street.
This is a separate class to the “Classic Nia” class that begins at 830am.
