Forget dry technique… this is a fun, dance-based way to playfully learn Nia’s 52 moves and energise your whole body - set to fabulous music.
We move through all 52 moves - around a minute in each - building strength, coordination and body awareness.
A blend of aerobic, reflexive and mindful conditioning, with plenty of choice in how gentle or athletic you go.
Perfect for beginners wanting to learn the moves without pressure, and for experienced students wanting to deepen awareness and creativity.
