Grace in Motion – A Nia Playshop with Laurie Bass, Co-Creator of the GRACE Routine

Join visiting international Nia Trainer Laurie Bass for a special playshop exploring the movement artistry of Nia’s newest routine, GRACE.

Co-created by Laurie, GRACE invites you to move with dynamic ease, rhythmic expression, and fluid grace. Through multidirectional, sensory-rich choreography, this experience nourishes body awareness, builds strength, and awakens your unique inner artistry.

With each song, be drawn deeper into connection—with the music, your body, the space around you, and your own creative expression. Through elegant hand articulations, flowing sequences, and dynamic alignment, you’ll enhance balance, agility and embodied grace.

Come and experience what it means to sense, express and connect with Grace in Motion—a journey of healing and transformation through movement.

Whether you're new to Nia or a seasoned student, this somatic movement experience is open to everybody.
