Come and join our community of friendly people from all over Brisbane and beyond. The vibe is relaxed, playful and non-judgemental. The venue is light and airy, and air-conditioned or heated as needed.

Nia® is a joy-infused class of music movement and mindfulness. It lifts your mood and leaves you feeling energised and alive. Nia’s unique blend of martial arts, dance and healing benefits the body, mind, emotions, and spirit. 

You'll be guided to tune into your body as you move through simple, grounded sequences with lots of freedom to personalise and express yourself. Adaptable for all ages and fitness levels. Nia meets you where you’re at and invites you to move in your own body’s way.

Towards the end of the class, we do FloorPlay.  You may want to bring a towel or yoga mat if you prefer to have something under you. You can also use a chair instead at any time during the class.

The best free parking is on a side street or at Paddington Central, 200 metres away. There's no parking at BrisWest during the week and limited spots on Saturdays.
