You'll be guided to tune in and get moving, with 1 minute in each of Nia's 52Moves set to an inspiring, eclectic playlist. This 52 Moves class uses aerobic, reflexive, and mindful conditioning, with lots of permission for you to personalise how healing or athletic you want the class to be. 

The 52 Moves of Nia are crafted to help your body move in a way in which the body is organically designed to move - and in a way that FEELS GOOD. Feeling good is natural to the body. It is what the body is designed to do!  

52Moves classes are ideal for new to Nia students who want to learn the steps without concern about 'getting it right', and for all students desiring to expand their creativity, deepen their embodiment and feel better.
