Strengthen your Nia FUNdamentals!
This 2-hour workshop is ideal for new students as an "Intro to Nia", and also great for seasoned students who want to get more out of their Nia classes.
Every Nia class blends a combination of these 52 Moves - 27 base moves (steps, stances and kicks), 7 core moves (integrating the spine), and 18 upper extremities moves (blocks, punches, elbow strikes, hand and finger techniques).
In the first hour, you'll get the name, sensation, and soundbite for each move and receive tips to improve your technique and make modifications for your own fitness or self-healing goals.
In the second half, you'll bolster your learning, and deepen whole-body integration with a 52Moves class.
Open to everybody. No prior experience needed.
