5Stages is a floor-based practice that blends body awareness, healing movement and somatic education. No experience is needed. Your body knows how to do this!
You'll be guided to tune into your body and move at your own pace through the five stages of embryonic, creeping, crawling, standing and walking.
This mindful practice can re-pattern, realign, strengthen, and increase energy flow throughout the body while restoring and calming the nervous system.
Please bring knee pads if you have some. I have spares available if you don’t have your own.
This is a separate class from the Nia class that begins at 8.30 am.
