5Stages is a floor-based practice that blends body awareness, healing movement and somatic education. No experience is needed. Your body knows how to do this!
Create a comfortable space for yourself to move on the earth, with knee pads or pillows or a blanket.
Nia® is joy-infused music movement and mindfulness that lifts your mood and fills you with energy. You'll be guided to tune into your body as you move through simple grounded sequences, with lots of freedom for self-expression and play.
